The Importance of Partnerships

As an all volunteer organization River Delta AYSO focuses on working together to get things done. Working with local businesses, professional organizations and philanthropic groups not only helps us to provide better programs for our youth, it also helps build and reinforce a sense of community.

RVPFA - Rio Vista Professional Firefighters Association

River Delta AYSO and Rio Vista Professional Firefighters Association

The RVPFA has generously donated funds to help support local youth and ensure that Everyone Plays. Not only does the Rio Vista Fire Department donate the use of their engine bays for sign ups, they generously donate their time speaking to our youth about their profession. There is nothing quite like seeing kids smiling behind the wheel of a fire engine!

Abel Chevrolet and Chevy Youth Sports

At Chevrolet, they know that youth sports aren’t just about having fun and staying physically active. They also raise self-esteem, encourage academic success and provide important life lessons about perseverance, teamwork and learning how to win (and lose) with grace and dignity.

We at River Delta AYSO are happy to call Abel Chevrolet one of our local partners. Through the Chevy Youth Sports program our region receives donations of equipment and funds for test drives. Chevy Youth Sports also provides free sports clinics for youth here in the bay area and across the country.
